2 chicken legs and thighs
mayo spoonful of capers 2 stalks of celery Boil 1 chicken (this is nice because you can use the broth for something else). Let the chicken cool then pick it (take the meat off the bones). I like to use the legs and thighs for this recipe. Slice 2 Celery stalks thinly, add mayo and capers. Allow your chicken salad to cool in the fridge before serving.
